Starkey, a US company manufacturing and selling hearing aids, contacted us in early 2019 to help redefine their marketing activities. From the very first moment, we felt the most important task was to support them in their sales activities.
That’s why we built the company’s online sales channel. We used Facebook and Google Ads, Facebook content, offline ads and dm to increase the number of potencial customers. After that, with our support again, call center agents called the potential customers to schedule appointments for hearing tests, and t entered into a CRM system which we had chosen and customized, after which the data was automatically transferred to the ERP system used by Starkey.
We also provided other services to Starkey, including online and offline graphic design, copywriting, marketing project management, marketing, sales, and technology consulting.
